Nurturing leads and reengaging past customers over email
Returning customers—many of whom have found their way back to the site via ad-hoc emails written by yours truly—account for a large percentage of Inkbox's sales. I sharpened my email-writing teeth at the temporary tattoo company, then levelled up at Properly, where I worked as Lifecycle Marketing Manager, creating, deploying, and continuously optimizing our email campaigns to boost engagement and move prospects down the funnel.
